The carrier-grade Multi-Screen Enterprise Mobile Blade extends the reach of traditional IPTV systems by streaming existing video streams to mobile devices throughout the enterprise and beyond. Whether its SD or HD streams, going to local users over WiFi or remote users over the internet or to remote computers over VPN, the Multi-Screen Mobile Blade automatically detects the mobile device types and serves the appropriate stream format including Apple™ HTTP Live Streams (HLS) and RTP/RTSP for Android smartphones and tablets.

The Multi-Screen Enterprise Mobile Blade can be installed at headquarters or at a remote location / satellite office to optimize network utilization when serving large groups of mobile users. Clustered blades may be managed as a private content distribution network (CDN), leavening advanced logic of directing mobile users to the nearest streaming blade for faster and more efficient video dissemination.

The Multi-Screen Enterprise Mobile Blade integrates seamlessly with the flexible, scalable EZ TV Enterprise IPTV System. EZ TV Player apps provide full channel guide synchronization and allow the operator to regulate access to content with full interoperability with the organization’s existing Microsoft Active Directory user-base.
